Paying your association FEES

Where do I mail my check or money order to?
Please make your checks payable to your association's name and mail your payment and coupon Realty Mart Management Processing Center, P. O. Box 97813, Las Vegas, NV 89193-7813.
I do not have a coupon to remit my check with?
That is ok, just be sure to make your check payable to the name of your association and write your address in the memo section of the check. We will look it up when we receive your payment.
Can I have my association payment deducted from my checking or savings account?
Yes. You can set this us by clicking the link on the HOME page if you mail your payments to a PO Box in Las Vegas. If you still send your payment to the Mt. Clemens location, please contact our office for your options at 586-465-8003.
Can I pay by e-check?
You can pay by e-check. Please be sure to have your institution make the check payable to your association and reference your account number or address within the community. There is no charge for this unless your own bank charges you.
How far in advance should I mail my association dues?
We suggest everyone allow 7 - 10 business days when mailing in your payment.
How can I communicate with RMM regarding questions about my account balance?
You can communicate with RMM by:

Can I still drop off or walk into RMM’s office to pay my dues or make a payment?
Yes, RMM still accepts payments in our locked drop box located at the front of the building at 97 NB Gratiot Ave., Mt. Clemens, MI 48043 any time of the day or come into the office during office hours.
